VFX Coordinator
The Visual Effects Coordinator is central to WP’s project management. They liaise with all aspects of production as well as help strategize and implement tasks crucial to the delivery of the project on time and on budget.
For us, the Coordinator will need to:
- Strongly communicate between vendors, crew and internal teams to avoid a clog in information flow.
- Be responsible for keeping our artists on track while they work on a specific sequence of shots.
- Organize daily review sessions, Cinesync and Zoom sessions, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary.
- Ensure Shot Grid (or any other asset tracking software) is kept current at all times with notes, shot status and critical information.
- Manage the VFX asset and shot tracking process, ensuring that assets and shots are properly tracked and updated in real-time within Shotgrid and locally.
- Distribute information to our team members.
- Support the VFX Producer with the schedule.

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office packages (including Excel and Word or Google equivalent)
- Knowledge of digital audio and video file formats is a plus
